It starts as new members are Ronin's for about 1-2 weeks so people can get to know you.
Then you become a Legionare which is a Member. Members that show good leadership capabilities, and regular playtime with good game knowledge may be asked if they are intersted in a Sage position.
Sages are part of the governing factor in W-R helping the High Council making decisions of the guild.
The Highest Rank in W-R is the High Council. Which is a group of people that show extreme loyalty with leadership within W-R that have been promoted threw the above steps. The High Council are equals in leadership so no one person runs the guild to promote honesty and fairness through out the Guild.
